Maintenance Rate

A monthly maintenance contribution is payable by all tenants at the estate to cover the cost of the upkeep of the estate. This is calculated on a sq ft basis.


All units are individually assessed and tenants may be entitled to Small Business Rates Relief. We advise interested parties to contact the Local Rating Authority for verification of this entitlement.

Legal Costs

The ingoing tenant will make a contribution towards the cost of documenting the tenancy.
