Stuart Hicks, Head of Rating at Dunlop Heywood, has been elected Vice Chair of the Rating Diploma holders’ section of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
This section of the RICS was established in 1922 and today the RICS’ Rating Diploma is widely regarded as a ’gold standard’ in terms of measuring the capability of rating surveyors. Stuart said it was “an honour” to be elected to the position.
Peter Kavanagh CEO of Leaders Romans Group, which owns Dunlop Heywood, added: “This appointment recognises Stuart’s reputation in this area of valuation. The Dunlop Heywood team goes from strength to strength advising major clients across all jurisdictions of the UK and across Ireland”.
Hicks and his team recently advised Transport Infrastructure Ireland in its successful action in respect of the LUAS light rail system and M50 tolls in Dublin.
